How did you get involved with improv?
I began doing Improvisational Comedy after attending a school function where a group called “Mission: Improvable” was performing. I immediately fell in love with it and began attending their show. When their show ended, I found a theater in Clearfield where another group named “Quick Wits” was performing. I attended one show and after speaking with Austin Nava he suggested I should come to their classes. I began attending and after some time I was given an opportunity to perform on their stage. I eventually co-founded Off the Wall I have been there since.

What is your favorite character to do for the show? I try to always do something different, although, I have done Dr. Phil for a character a few times. I had hoped I could Billy Mays as a recurring character but after I did him the first time, he died a few days later…….awkward!

What moment in your improv history do you remember the most?
Well one of the best moments in OTW history, for me anyway, was our 6th year anniversary show. We had so many people and so many cool prizes to give away. It was like a giant party. It was awesome!
Who is your hero? Andrew Noyes (improv). Junior Seau (football). My mother (she's awesome). Jerry Zaks (theatre). Superman (super-hero).
If you won the lottery what would you do with the money?
If I won the lottery I would open a school for performing arts to teach theater including improvisation and music.
Do you have any preshow rituals? If so what?
I don’t really have any pre-show rituals. Although, before my very first show for Quick Wits many years ago, I was so nervous I vomited in the bathroom. But, I have stopped doing that.
