Tim is joining Off The Wall Comedy Improv for a weekend to teach and perform. Off The Wall has recently changed its format to a Chicago style Long Form Improv format making us Utah’s premier Long Form Improv troupe. We have invited Tim Soszko to come and provide training for the troupe and also to perform with us. Tim teaches improv comedy at Second City as well as with Improv Olympic Chicago. He writes and performs with The Cupid Players, Bri-Ko, and The Tim and Micah Project.

Tim will be performing with Off The Wall Comedy Improv on Friday and Saturday May 20 and 21st 2011 at 10:30 PM. Friday’s show will be at The Terrace Plaza Playhouse located in Ogden Utah 99 East 4700 South. Saturday's performance will be held in Draper Utah 12366 South 900 East.

Its open to anyone who thinks they have what it takes to be on the OTW stage!

Do you think you’re funny? Do you often make people laugh? On purpose? Do you dream of standing under a bright light and having hundreds of people laughing at you? No, no, that other dream where they're laughing with you. Well, then, come on down to the Terrace Plaza Playhouse at 2:00 PM on July 31st to audition for one of six spots in the 2010 OTW "SO YOU THINK YOU CAN IMPROV?" contest.

August 13,  We'll kick off the showdown with the six people chosen from the July 31 auditions. The Singular Six will hit the stage for a few games, but only four will survive!

August 20, the Fantabulous Four will show us what they have in the showcase but only two will carry on!

Voting for these two rounds will take place at the venue and the winners will be announced on OTWimprov.com the following day.

August 27 will be the final round. The Tippenhosen Two will be part of the regular show that week! They will be subjected to the ultimate challenge and play the entire show with OTW! Voting will take place at intermission and the winner will be announced at the end of the show!

The Off The Wall Comedy Weekend, will be the 26th, and 27th of March!  We are excited and have amazing things planned for that weekend!

Friday night at the Terrace Plaza Playhouse, 4700 South Washington (99 West) in Ogden, gets us kicked off when we welcome out the "Wailing O'Sheas," an Irish punk band, to hit it hard for our bit OTW-style St. Patrick's Day celebration!Be Sure to wear green!  The one with the most green will win a pot of gold!  We are going to have fun all night!  Show starts at 10:30!

Saturday night we are having a huge even to celebrate the grand opening of our new second venue at Salt Rock Coffee, 270 12th Street in Ogden.  Our good friends the "Gorgeous Hussies" will be there to play a full set while we fill in with our classic OTW style show! The entire cast of OTW will be there that night for your enjoyment!  It's more OTW than you can handle!  Also we are inviting out our good friends, "The Antics," a local improv troupe from Logan, to play a few games with us that night!

Things get started at 7:00 and roll on till 9:30!  That's a lot of show!  Not to mention Salt Rock Coffee will be brewing some amazing coffee and making fantastic smoothies!

Tickets are on sale now at our Friday show, you can get both shows as a package deal for $10.  If you can't make it to both we would love to see you at one.  Friday $5 and Saturday $7.
